Library Equipment & Technology

Located in the center of the main floor of the Library, you will find a print and scan center. You can release print jobs from JayPrint, and scan pages of books or other items where you need a digital copy.

Printing from Personal Devices

If you are printing from your personal computer, you will need to make sure you have the item saved in on your computer in a location that you can remember.

  • Open a web browser and visit jayprint.washjeff.edu.
  • Log in using your W&J credentials (without @washjeff.edu).
  • Click the upload button.
  • In the bottom right corner, you can select different print settings, such as printing double sided or printing a specific page from the document.
  • Once the item is showing in the job list, visit any JayPrint Station. Use your W&J ID to release your print job.

Library Computer Lab

Printing from the Library Computer Lap is an easier method.

  • Log in to any computer within the Library Computer Lab using your W&J Log In.
  • Find the document you wish to print.
  • Select Print.
  • Choose the "Library B&W" printer.
  • Visit the print station and use your W&J ID to release your print job.

Color Printing

There is one color printer located in the Library. 

To print in color, you must visit the User Services Desk. They will provide you with instructions on how to print in color. 

Color printing for the W&J community for an academic reason is free.

If you need to print for clubs, teams, greek organizations or personal use is .50 cents/page and you will need to ask for assistance at the User Services Desk.
