Clark Family Library Luminette Full Spectrum Visor Use Agreement Terms & Conditions
- The borrower will inspect the equipment at the time of checkout and confirm proper working order.
- The borrower is responsible for reading all enclosed instructions and cautions for use, including warnings about possible consequences of misuse of equipment.
- The borrower alone is responsible for following proper, recommended use of visor.
- The Library and the College are not responsible for any possible side effects or problems incurred by the borrower.
- The borrower will reimburse the College for the cost of replacement due to damage or loss of equipment occurring while in the borrower's possession.
- The borrower will cooperate in filing and processing appropriate insurance claims with the College's insurers.
- The equipment cannot be used in violation of the law or of the College's policies.
- Any or all privileges may be denied to people who abuse equipment, repeatedly return equipment late, or in any way limit access to other individuals at the College.
Loans & Renewals: Library will lend visors for seven (7) days. Visor must be booked using the booking link, and can be rebooked again if available.
Returns: Visor must be returned to the User Services Desk on time and in as good condition as when received, except for normal wear and tear.
Do NOT return equipment in the Book Drop. Damage may occur and fees will be assessed.
Charges: Replacement cost is $199.

Borrowers must read the terms and conditions in their entirety and agree upon booking. Booking a visor indicates your agreement with the above statements, including all costs. Borrower must agree to terms and conditions with each booking.
