The Clark Family Library provides in-person and online research help to support the W&J community through the following channels:
To receive in-person help without an appointment, stop into the Library and ask to speak to a librarian at the front desk. Librarians are available to help you from 9 am - 9 pm Monday – Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm Friday when the Library is open, except when otherwise specified on our calendar.
Schedule an in-person or online appointment with a librarian using the button on this page.
Chat live with Clark Family Library staff from 1 - 9 pm Monday – Thursday, and 1 - 5 pm on Fridays, except when otherwise specified on our calendar.
24/7 chat service: Need help outside of our normal service hours? You can get help 24/7 through the POWER Library “Chat with a Librarian” service, a chat service staffed by librarians in Pennsylvania and beyond. Access the chat using the box on this page, our homepage, and many of our research guides. For help with information and issues specific to W&J (your library account, etc.), please contact the Libraries during our normal hours or email asklib@washjeff.edu.
