Tips for finding adaptations in Discovery

Finding adaptations can be tricky. Sometimes it's best to Google search first and then use Discovery to check to see if W&J has access to the adaptations that you find.

However, you can also find adaptations using Discovery alone. The "Limit by Source Type" filter can help you trim down the huge number of results that can appear after searching for a title of a popular work or that title and "adaptation." For example, to find film adaptations, you can use select "Videos" from the source type list and the results will show you only films we have either in the library or online.
