Use the “Place Request” link in our Discovery Service to place your request. The link will be present only for collection materials that can be checked out at this time. You can view how to make a request here: https://bit.ly/3gZ7sI6.
Once the Library receives the request, we will precheck-out your item/items. An email will then be sent to the requestor notifying them they can pick up the items at the Clark Family Library. Requested items will be held for 5 business days. After that, to make space for other requests, we will remove the items, check them in and reshelve them.
Currently, we are filling pickup requests within one or two business days due to lower staffing level, and workflows that have been modified to protect staff and patrons. User services policies are designed to ensure that materials are returned on time and in good condition for use by as many people as possible.
Present your W&J ID card at the user services desk along with the items you wish to borrow. Borrowed items must be returned by the date stamped on each item's date due slip. You will also receive an email receipt of your checkouts and due dates. Borrowers must have their W&J ID card to check out materials from the Library.
